My background in the exercise and wellness field comprises of over 15 years’ experience within a number of sports and leisure operations, including exclusive clubs and facilities in a number of overseas locations. I trained initially as a P.E. teacher and subsequently decided to combine my coaching knowledge with the passion for exercise I had acquired since first competing as a weightlifter in my teens

Having witnessed first-hand the limitations of conventional training and nutrition plans, especially those generalised ‘one size’ fits all approaches, I have sought to educate myself in as extensive manner as possible and apply a more rounded approach to the work I do with clients. As such and in an effort to maximize outcomes for each individual, I have regularly referred clients out to complimentary practitioners which has provided an added insight into other modalities such as chiropractic care and massage therapy.

I have always emphasised ‘function’ as a key component to any exercise plan. Whilst the growth of a more functional training approach has been a very positive development in the fitness industry, we must not lose sight of the need to build strong foundations based on the conditioning levels of each individual.

I continue to study with a number of prestigious organisations such as the CHEK institute and other leading figures within the exercise and wellness community. I look forward to being able to pass on some of the knowledge I have acquired in order to help you on your own journey toward better health and well-being.

Qualifications:

CHEK Institute level one practitioner, level one holistic lifestyle coach. ACSM  exercise coach, British Amateur weightlifters Association. REPS level 3 personal trainer. Certified Functional Nutrition practitioner, Advanced metabolic typing advisor.

Twice weekly exercise package

  • 1 x comprehensive assessment/consultation
  • Min. 24 x 60 minute personal training sessions

£270.00 per month

**Includes access to video clips of your exercises, graphs of your assessment results and helpful tips & reminders to keep you on track as part of my PT Enhance personal training service. You will be set you up with your own secure page on my website where you can view your program on any device or print summaries to take with you to the gym.
