Kids’ Parties

Our Sports Hall & Studio (Party Room) are available to hire!

£65 for 1.5 Hours | £99 with Sports/Party Leader

You bring the food and cake, we provide the facilities, Bluetooth music system & disco lights.

Chose who entertains the kids! Multi-sports available.

We also have links with inflatable providers and other entertainment sources to upscale at your request. (Please discuss this with a manager)

Terms & Conditions

All places cost £35 and include a free healthy hot meal. Places are paid in advance, within 72 hours of booking or funded by Dorset Councils HAF Programme, which will require parents to supply a pass code and for 3d Health & Fitness to Verify the code before a place is confirmed by e-mail.

Availability

Places are subject to availability – there is equal provision for paid and HAF Programme funded places, with 30 places available per 1-day camp. Once places are full we will compile a waiting list for funded and non-funded places and you will be contacted if a space becomes available.

Fees

If you are accepted for a place, you will be required to make payment within 72 hours of confirmation of each place. Payment can be made online by Gladstone Pay via your Membership Account which will be created – details will be provided, over the phone by credit or debit card or by cash or card in club.

Funded places can only be booked with the 5-digit passcode required for HAF Programme Funded places, this must be received with application.

Cancellation charges

  • Cancellations must be made in writing by e-mail to cmwv@3dhealthandfitness.co.uk Cancellations will be accepted within 72 hours of booking confirmation will receive a full refund. Cancellation outside the initial 72 hours, you will be offered an alternative date or a credit note for a future camp, this will only be available if we are able to fill the place from an existing waiting list or a new customer.
  • You can amend your dates prior to the start of camp free of charge (subject to a £5 admin charge within 7 days of original start date)
  • You must receive a confirmation e-mail regarding cancellation, within 3 working days, if this is not the case, please follow up with additional e-mail/phone call.

Children from overseas

We welcome families from outside the UK. For a child’s safety and welfare we ask they have an understanding of the English language.

Circumstances Beyond Our Control (Force Majeure)

We reserve the right to cancel any place, at any time, and with any notice period, in the event of circumstances beyond our control preventing us from operating camp as we planned. This clause applies to the cancellation of any booking made.

In the event of the cancellation of a booking due to a circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to review and amend our refund policy.

Credit Notes

When a credit note is awarded, this is valid for 12 months (unless otherwise specified). You can use the credit towards any dates/season that fall before it expires.

Exclusions

We reserve the right to exclude or refuse any person at any time prior to and during the camp if, in our opinion, that person is incompatible with the general well-being of the camp.

To give the very best experience, we have a number of policies in place regarding the safety and welfare of the children in our care.

We ask for all families to read our policies and procedures. This enables parents/guardians and carers to understand our expectations and determine the suitability of our camps for their child.  .

Single Payment

The whole cost of the camp is taken up front and can be made by online, by phone by card and by card or cash in club during our opening hours.

Waiting lists

If the camp you require is fully booked, you will be placed on a waiting list and in the event of any cancellations we will attempt to contact you and book your child on to the camp.

Easter Dorset
