MEET OUR TEAM

In my spare time I enjoy training in the gym to maintain my fitness. I also play football for Brixworth FC.
I am here to help progress and develop the club into a successful and enjoyable leisure club for all members and guests.
Eating right is the first step towards a better body

I joined my local gym and participated in a variety of classes to keep me interested and improve my general fitness levels.
I took up running, and it wasn’t long before I completed my first marathon. Since then I’ve run a few more half & full marathons, and regularly run in muddy obstacle course races, such as Tough Mudder.
When I was made redundant from my job I decided to retrain as a Personal Trainer & Fitness Instructor. I began working at the club here after passing the course, taking on the Circuits and Boxercise classes.
Outside of work I still like to run, jumping in puddles and crawling through mud along the way. I also enjoy going to the cinema followed by a cheeky Nandos with some top notch banter, or trips to the zoo, Disneyland & the tattoo shop.
BURPEES. Love them. Hate them. Do them!

Outside work I have many hobbies, being especially passionate about motorbikes whether it be racing, watching or just out enjoying riding with great people. Other hobbies include fitness training and walking, photography and enjoying the outdoors or just reading books and watching films.
Find something you enjoy that keeps you fit and it will be easy

I started working in the club in November 2014 back when it was called Eclipse. When I got my Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification I decided to dedicate myself to a gym again and with the new equipment I find my workouts even more fun than ever before.
In my free time I love to play my video games and socialise with my friends and family. I also like to go cinema and draw gaming/anime characters from time to time.
Strong people don’t let other people down. They lift them up

After returning from ships in 2012 I became a senior therapist in a small hotel spa in Edinburgh. However after a few years there I decided to relocate to the midlands to be with my boyfriend in 2015.
Since moving here I worked as a therapist at Rushton Hall Hotel and Spa for just over a year before I was offered the position of beauty therapist to help run and develop Pampered and Polished.
I love food and often can be found eating with friends or with my boyfriend.
Massage is essential to ensure a healthy mind and Body

In July 2018 I joined pampered & polished.
I have always loved everything about the beauty industry. However, as massage is my favourite treatment to do I am very pleased to join Pampered and Polished and gain more experience in this niche.
In the future I would love to pursue my dream and work on cruise ships around the world.
Qualifications:
NVQ: level 1 – beauty therapist
NVQ: level 2 – beauty therapist
NVQ: level 3 – massage therapist
Let the beauty of what you love, be what you do.

My first position was at the Kettering Park Hotel & Spa but I left after 6 months to join Pampered & Polished to gain more experience.
After being with Pampered & Polished for 3 years I wanted to try something different within the beauty industry and gained more experience and training in this time.
After being away for just over a year I returned to the company in March 2019 and it feels like I’ve never been far away.
Be your own kind of beautiful.
