Benefits of working out with others
Group fitness class are a great way to get you up off the couch and get you exercising with others in a fun filled environment. A great way of meeting fellow members and making new friends, just what you need if you are not that motivated to work out on your own. The classes often challenge you to work out harder than you may do on your own under the watchful eye of an instructor. The instructor explains what the benefits of the exercises are and adjusts your technique when incorrect providing alternatives so you are pushed to your limit.
If your goals are cardiovascular improvement and weight loss, select our indoor cycling, and high intensity interval training class options. Select weight training, or kettlebells classes if you also want to improve your muscular endurance and strength. If flexibility is your goal, a stretching or Yoga/Pilates class is the perfect option.
Bring water & a towel to your classes.
If you do not cancel a class at least 30 minutes prior to start time or do not attend you will be banned from booking classes for one week.
